Robbie’s Maddison’s Pipe Dream was shot at Tahiti’s infamous Teahupo’o – a annual stop of the World Surf League (WSL), and a place that regularly turns on the some of the most dangerous watery slabs in the world. I fact, just last week, Coastalwatch (who shares an office with Transmoto) ran this incredible footage of what they’re claiming as “one of the heaviest sessions at Teahupo’o ever!”
Not the be outdone, check out this this unbelievable footage (on that same mega day at Teahupo’o) of Nathan Florence paddling into (and actually surviving) a ridonculous “Chopes” tube. Is there no limit? It seems not. Pipe dreams just got a whole lot more real!
