2023 BETA RX300 AVAILABLE DOWN UNDER

2 years ago | Words: Matt Bernard | Photos: Beta

The 2022 Beta RX300 was originally designed for the US market, but us Aussies ate up the big-bore two-stroke motocross machine. So, for 2023, the Italian stallion will be available in Australia with a host of upgrades for the new year.

The most noteworthy improvement over the previous model year is the inclusion of a Kayaba (KYB) rear shock. The collaboration between KYB and Beta Engineers led to the development of a suspension package that is designed to improve the rideability of the bike under all conditions.

Check out our test on the 2022 300cc Beta line-up here, and the features of the 2023 RX300 below.

2023 BETA RX300 FEATURES

  • A higher-performance, longer-stroke 300cc two-stroke motor compared to the RR & RR Racing models.
  • A Keihin PWK38 carburettor.
  • 19″ rear wheel
  • Michelin Starcross tyres, known for their motocross performance come standard on every MY23 Beta RX300.
  • Extra-wide billet aluminum footpegs with stainless steel gripper pins that provide the rider with a strong, yet light, platform.

The MY23 Beta RX300 sees the following improvements over the MY22 Beta RX300:

  • KYB 45mm body shock with adjustable rebound and high/low speed on compression adjustment.
  • New shrouds are narrower than the MY22 model to give the rider more freedom of movement, especially in corners. Designed to be sleek, simple and attractive.
