2015 Gas Gas Updates
Spanish manufacturer, Gas Gas, hasn’t been doing a whole lot in the way of model upgrades over the past couple of years, but for 2015, Gasser fans have more to be excited about – especially on the two-stroke front. Both two- and four-strokes models are now powered by the Italian-made Husqvarna engines, while the EC450F uses a WR450F-based powerplant. As was the case in 2014, Gas Gas’s two- and four-strokes models all use the same rolling chassis (though the EC125 still runs a 45mm fork), but the 2015 machines receive substantial updates over their predecessors…

- The seat cover is now grippier.
- The swingarm gets a new finish and revised tension-spring for the axle adjusters.
- Clutch and brake levers get new anti-friction bushings.
- The 48mm closed-cartridge fork gets updating damping settings and a new material for the fork protectors.

- The fuel cap is redesigned.

TWO-STROKES
- The EC125 gets a new cylinder and revised ignition to suit.
- The 200, 250 and 300cc engines all get an externally adjustable power-valve (via a spring preload system) and a new electric starter.
- The 200, 250 and 300cc are all fitted with a redesigned expansion chamber (the EC125 gets an all-new DOMA pipe) and new FMF silencer.
FOUR-STROKES
- All three models (250, 300 and 450cc) get new header pipes and an FMF muffler to make them more compact and quieter.
- The EC250F and EC300F gets revised carb settings.
- All four-strokes are fitted with a hard-plastic bashplate.
