Wanted: Marketing, Sponsorship & Events Coordinator

Transmoto, part of one of Australia’s largest sports media groups covering surf, snow and moto, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, is expanding its event marketing and coordination business segment.

You will be responsible for all planning and implementation of our existing events together with scoping and developing new sponsored events across Australia for both our subscriber network and the general public.

You will be experienced in all aspects of event marketing, sponsorship and administration and ideally have qualifications in event management, advertising/marketing &/or social media communications.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, administration and reporting for all group events;

• Creation of event publicity materials and communications;

• Preparing sponsorship proposals and coordinating sponsor branding and activation – includes fulfilling sponsor rights through PR & marketing activity;

• Attendance at events as required.

With a proven ability to multi-task across different projects, awesome interpersonal skills and attention to detail you will liaise and work as part of a small experienced and diverse team of senior managers in advertising, marketing and media production.
