The Watagan Trail Bike Rally
The Watagan Trail Bike Rally is coming up on 19/20th of June, and it’s shaping up to be better than ever. Every entrant receives free on-site camping and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, as well as going into the draw to win a new Yamaha WR250R. The cost of the two days is $165, which you can pay for on the day. The Watagan State Forrest is only a 90 minute drive from Sydney, and half-an-hour from Newcaslte.
Chris Flaherty, one of the event organisers, says “We’ve got some new trails this year with a brand new course. There’s two trails, a 75km loop and a 35km loop. We have around 400-500 people attending, there’s a live band on Saturday night and everyone gets a free breakfast and lunch on Sunday. It’s the best value 2-day ride in Australia and you will have a lot of fun!”
Please note that you need a current motorcycle license permit and a current registered motorcycle to join in on the event.
