Robbie Maddison’s Waterbike

Robbie Maddison has dreamt about riding his motorcycle on water since he was a kid, and developing his radicle “Waterbike” for the past five years. We recently caught up with the down-to-earth Aussie at Sydney’s Darling Harbour to get a personal insight into how this unique machine has evolved through trial and error, and Maddo’s ambitious plans to build a publicly available bolt-on ‘Waterbike Kit’. Yep, forget the ferry; you could be commuting to work on your two-wheeled pride and joy in the very near future.
