One week until Sydney X-Fighters final!

With just one week to go until 12 of the world’s top freestyle motocross riders land in Sydney, excitement is mounting for the historic Cockatoo Island Red Bull X-Fighters finale on Saturday, September 17.

After 11 years and five stops in the 2011 series already — Dubai, Brasilia, Rome, Madrid and Warsaw — the world’s pinnacle freestyle competition tour finally makes it to Australia. Renowned as the unofficial breeding ground of freestyle talent, (names like Robbie Maddison, newcomer Josh Sheehan, Double Backflip king Cam Sinclair and Robbie Adelberg) the Aussies have home field advantage and will be attempting to get a podium finish in front of a home crowd.

The Sydney final will have intense battles as riders push the limits of FMX. With so much talent, no one could predict the results. One thing is for sure, it will be one crazy freestyle free-for-all with competitors attempt to capture the final points of the championship.
