MULTISTRADA V4: BEHIND ITS DEVELOPMENT

2 years ago | Words: Matt Holmes | Photos: Ducati Media House

Ducati’s Multistrada V4 could be the most feature-packed motorcycle on the planet. So, just how do you develop such a technological masterpiece? You bring together some of the greatest engineers and designers on the planet, is how. Let’s go behind-the-scenes inside Ducati’s factory to hear from those who make the MTS magic happen.

From its revolutionary radar system to its advanced rider assistance features (and too many more features to explain), every element of the Multistrada V4 is designed to work together. Kick back and enjoy. Even though most of us will need translated-to-English captions turned on, it’s quite an amazing insight into the factory, along with the how and why behind the design process. Pretty cool to see 200,000km-old test pistons and valves from a firebreathing V4 in pretty damn good shape too.
