Ladies, Keen To Race a Transmoto Event?
Transmoto 8-Hour events aren’t just about going flat out or chasing a trophy (that’s just a nice bonus!), they’re about challenging yourself, and being absolutely stoked while at it. They’re about spending the weekend away, having good times around good people, and creating some memorable moments on two-wheels. We love to see that more and more ladies are lining up on our start lines and hitting the dirt, especially when it comes to race day. So if you are a lady who’s keen on giving enduro riding a real crack and hitting one of our tracks for a Transmoto 8-Hour, here’s a couple of tips on how to prep best to make the most of your Transmoto experience.

Enter A Transmoto Ladies Loop
On Saturday’s at selected Transmoto events, a non-competitive 6-8km loop runs for both female and junior riders. This shortened loop gives you a chance to sample the terrain, as it runs on the same track as Sunday’s 8-hour, and soak up the atmosphere without committing to a full race. It’s a low-pressure way to get involved, meet other female riders, and build confidence to take on the full event.
If you’re already on track for Sunday’s 8-hour, but eager to get some Saturday riding in, the Ladies Loop is already included in your entry fee! If not, don’t stress. Entry for the Ladies Loop is just $50 bucks, and includes a free Transmoto t-shirt.
Transmoto’s next Ladies Loop will be held at Miva Station, Qld, (May 24) and Eskdale, VIC (September 6).

Attend a Jemma Wilson Camp Out Event
If you’re looking to build confidence and increase your off-road riding skills, Jemma Wilson’s Camp Out weekends are a great place to refine your skills. Run by one of Australia’s most respected off-road riders, these women-only camps focus on practical riding skills in a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll ride, learn, laugh, and walk away with more confidence on the bike and a solid group of like-minded riders behind you. It’s an ideal stepping stone for anyone thinking about racing a Transmoto 8-Hour, or just looking to get more comfortable in off-road riding.

A BONUS INCENTIVE…
We don’t just welcome gals, we want to actively highlight their involvement too! Women entering together as a team of 3 or 4 for Sunday’s race can be classed under our epic “Wonder Women” category, or “Mixed” category if you’re in with some boys. While both teams of 3 and 4 are grouped together for the Class and Outright results, entering in one of these relevant Team Categories increases your team’s chances of taking home a trophy!
