WSX: AUS CONFIRMED IN SIX-ROUND SERIES
The FIM World Supercross Championship has locked in five of six rounds on its 2026 calendar, spanning five continents – and the Gold Coast is back again on the map for November 21 at Cbus Super Stadium.
The FIM World Supercross Championship has been growing its global footprint since it first fired up in 2022, and the newly announced 2026 calendar looks like its most ambitious yet. Five rounds have been confirmed across five continents – with a sixth still to come – and for Australian fans, the headline news is that the Gold Coast GP will make a return.
WSX will again take over Cbus Super Stadium on the Gold Coast on November 21, reaffirming Australia’s place as one of the championship’s cornerstone events. The Australian GP has consistently delivered some of the most competitive racing on the WSX calendar, and with team and rider announcements still to come in the lead-up to the season opener, the 2026 edition shapes as another unmissable night of supercross.

2026 FIM WORLD SUPERCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP CALENDAR
Round 1 – Canadian GP
McMahon Stadium, Calgary (August 8)
A new venue but a familiar nation – Canada hosts WSX for a third consecutive year. McMahon Stadium in Calgary is a new destination for the championship, slotting into a window carefully aligned with the broader supercross and motocross calendar.
Round 2 – United Kingdom GP
Alexander Stadium, Birmingham (October 10)
WSX returns to the UK for the first time since 2023. Alexander Stadium hosts the European round, tapping into the country’s strong motorsport heritage and dirt bike culture.
Round 3 – Argentina GP
Buenos Aires (October 24)
Argentina is back after a standout debut last season. Buenos Aires brings one of the championship’s most passionate fan bases back into the mix for another night of elite supercross racing.
Round 4 – Australia GP
Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast (November 21)
The Australian GP returns to the Gold Coast – always one of the most anticipated rounds on the calendar and consistently among the most competitive.
Round 5 – South Africa GP
Venue and date TBC
South Africa returns following a highly successful inaugural round at DHL Stadium last season. The specific venue and date will be confirmed soon.
Round 6 – TBC
