FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got any questions? Chances are, they’ll be answered by the FAQs on the dedicated Transmoto Tribe website, but here are a few of the more commonly asked questions we received when people signed up to Tribe at the recent Transmoto 12-Hour at Batemans Bay:

As a previous Transmoto event entrant, do I still get the 24-hour priority entry for Transmoto events?
No. Because the pool of previous event entrants has become so large, the only fair way for us to now offer priority entry into our events is via Transmoto Tribe. So, by joining Tribe, you’ll be giving yourself (and your teammates) the best chance of scoring an entry into our increasingly popular events before they sell out (which often happens within 24 hours!).

How does the priority entry to Transmoto Enduro Events work?
As a member of Tribe, your email address will be added to an exclusive database. Then, 48 hours before an event’s entries go live to the general public, we will email you a password-protected link (which takes you through to the online entry system), along with a heads-up about all the information you’ll need to complete the team’s entry. To ensure that you retain that 48-hour priority-entry access, your Tribe membership will auto-renew at the end of each annual membership term.

How do I enter to win the VIP trip for me and a mate to the 2018 AMA Supercross season finale in Las Vegas, USA, on May 5?
By signing up to Transmoto Tribe prior to 5pm AEST Friday March 30, 2018, you are automatically entered into the draw. For more info, head to tribe.transmoto.com.au
