Eight-time New Zealand Enduro champion and three-time Roof of Africa winner, Chris Birch, explains his four processes to a successful adventure bike wheelie.

This free video is one of 16 videos in Chris Birch’s new how-to series ‘Say No to Slow’. Birch takes adventure riders through core techniques like correct standing position and off-road bike set up, all the way through to jumping logs and high-speed slides. It’s three hours and 16 episodes of off-road riding skills so you’ll be busy learning for a while.
