FIRST LOOK: HUSKY’S 2025 ‘HERITAGE’ MODELS

2 years ago | Words: Andy Wigan | Photos: Husqvarna Motorcycles

Up until 2022, Husqvarna hadn’t didn’t produce much in the way of special, limited-edition models – aside from a few up-specced ‘Rockstar Edition’ motocross and enduro models, that is (the latest of which was a 2024 FC450 Rockstar Edition, unveiled early this year).

Then, out of the blue came a line-up of all-new “Heritage” motocross and enduro machines for model-year 2023 – a limited run of bikes that were “enhanced with a Swedish-inspired look that pay tribute to the brand’s rich racing history”, according to Husky’s PR. And the things proved super popular.

For 2024, however, there was no sign of these Heritage models from Husky. Instead, they released the 2024 FE350 and TE300 in an “Enduro Pro” spec – machines fitted with Brembo-Galfer braking components, stronger Excel Takasago rims, some added protective parts, bling bits and unique graphics, and carried a $1100 price premium over their standard counterparts.

But for 2025, Husqvarna’s Heritage models are back; catering to the market’s demand for unique-looking machines that retail for only $100-$200 more than their ‘standard’-model equivalents. And make no mistake, these 2025 Heritage models sure look different. For Australian and New Zealand markets, limited numbers of the 2025 Heritage machines (in six enduro models only) will be available from December, 2024. Sadly, the 2025 Heritage MX models (which will be available in some other global markets) will not be available in Australia or New Zealand.

Here’s Husqvarna Motorcycles detailed insight into the 2025 Heritage enduro models…

Husqvarna Motorcycles is excited to reveal its limited-edition line of Heritage models for 2025. Built upon the proven technical platforms of selected enduro machines, each one is characterised by the distinctive livery that sets the range apart from the standard offroad motorcycles.

The selected enduro models coming to Australia and New Zealand are all limited-edition machines that feature blue radiator shrouds exclusive to the range, together with a matching grippy seat cover. The finishing touch made to each motorcycle is undoubtedly the striking graphics that take design inspiration from the brand’s Swedish heritage.

Delivering unrivalled off-road performance, the Heritage range includes both two-stroke and four-stroke enduro models. Each one is equipped with the latest technical advancements and premium components to ensure every machine delivers an unmatched riding experience on the track or trail.

With six enduro models in the Heritage range, riders have a considerable selection of highly competitive two-stroke and four-stroke machinery to choose from. The two-stroke TE250 and TE300 models provide riders who prefer hard enduro-style riding with a choice of two options with the four-stroke FE250, FE350, FE450, and FE501 models completing the line-up. Each lightweight machine is engineered to master the toughest terrain with class-leading engines, advanced electronics, and a chassis that provides exceptional handling combining to deliver pure enduro performance.
