FIRST LOOK: 2025 BETA XTRAINER

1 year ago | Words: Matt Bernard | Photos: Beta Motor

Celebrating its eleventh year of production, the Beta Xtrainer 300 two-stroke and 250 two-strokes boast a sharp new look with grey plastics complementing the iconic Italian red frame. This distinct design sets the Xtrainer apart from other enduro models by the Italian manufacturer, based in Rignano sull’Arno.

The Xtrainer’s ease of riding makes it a favourite among enthusiasts. Its smaller chassis, low seat height, and lightweight design make it the perfect do-it-all, go-anywhere enduro bike, adept at tackling the toughest trails.

Key features of the 2025 Beta Xtrainer include:

  • Chassis: Weighs just 99kg (dry), making it lighter and more compact than full-size enduro bikes.
  • Seat Height: A low seat height of 910mm enhances rider confidence.
  • Brakes: Equipped with Nissin brakes, featuring 260 mm front and 240 mm rear discs.
  • Battery: High-performance lithium battery.
  • Suspension: Fully customisable R16V fork and shock with adjustable settings.
  • Power Valve: Adjustable Beta Progressive exhaust valve for versatile engine performance.
  • Ignition Map Switch: Two modes (Sun and Rain) for varying power needs.
  • Fuel Tank: 8.8-litre transparent tank.
  • Electronic Oil Injection: Conveniently located under the seat, eliminating the need for oil-fuel premix.
  • Soft Tyres: Guarantee grip and controlled response in all conditions.
  • Cooling Fan: Ensures optimal engine temperature on slow trails.
  • Electric Starter: Reliable electric starter with optional kick starter.
  • Clutch: “Easy-Pull” diaphragm clutch with adjustable settings.
