Cancelled for 2025: Transmoto 8-Hour @ Macleay Valley
Due to persistent heavy rainfall over the past few months – followed by last week’s unprecedented flood event across the NSW Mid North Coast region – the host venue for the 2025 Transmoto 8-Hour at Macleay Valley, “APO Ranch”, is currently so waterlogged that the June 21-22 event will not be able to proceed.
The drenched conditions have made it impossible to prepare a suitable race loop at the venue, and with much of the property now expected to be unreachable by vehicles for some time yet, access for medical recovery at the event remains unacceptably limited.

After extensive consultation with the landowners and host club, Macleay Valley Enduro Riders (MVER), the decision has been made to cancel the Transmoto 8-Hour at Macleay Valley for 2025. The good news is that this epic Macleay Valley venue will be back on the Transmoto Enduro Event calendar in 2026.
Needless to say that, on behalf of the entire NSW riding community, our thoughts are with those who’ve been so significantly affected by this widespread natural disaster.
From MVER President, Trent O’Donnell, “With the persistent rain at the APO Ranch over the past few months, and then last week’s catastrophic floods in the NSW Mid North Coast region, the property is so waterlogged that it unfortunately won’t accommodate vehicles or dirt bikes. And as we now head into the cooler winter months, experience tells us that there simply isn’t the time and daytime temperatures needed to make running a Transmoto event feasible and enjoyable for the participants. The club is obviously disappointed that we won’t be able to run the 8-Hour this year. However, we’re now shifting our focus and working together with the guys from Transmoto to ensure the 2026 instalment of the Transmoto 8-Hour at Macleay Valley is an absolute cracker,” O’Donnell went on to say.
