Trey Canard sustained fractured femur at Washougal

American Honda Racing’s Trey Canard has sustained a fractured femur after a nasty crash in Moto 2 during last weekend’s Washougal round of the Lucas Oil AMA Motocross Championship.

Moto 1 saw Canard have a very successful race, finishing in third, before Moto 2 was red flagged due to Canard’s crash.

Canard, who broke his leg during a motocross training accident before the season started, returned to racing for the Spring Creek round. Unfortunately, this accident will most likely see Canard out for the rest of the motocross season.
