2016 KTM Adventure Training Series

To help you get ready for your next orange adventure, KTM Australia is launching a three-part Adventure Training Series in January and February. The dates and locations are as follows:

  • Woodford, Queensland – January 22-23
  • Bowral, New South Wales – January 29-30
  • Dixons Creek, Victoria – February 5-6

The perfect chance to prepare yourself for the upcoming 2016 KTM Australia Adventure Rallye, the 2016 KTM Australia Adventure Training Series will offer adventure riders everything they need to know from riding skills and bike set-up to GPS navigation training.

And who is going to teach you this essential knowledge? How do Chris Birch and Nick Selleck sound? Birch is a household name when it comes to enduro, as well as getting up to crazy antics on board his 1190R. Selleck has a vast expanse of knowledge from running large-scale adventure rides with his (and wife Trudi’s) company, Maschine. An absolute GPS wizard, Nick has years of adventure riding under his belt.

Open to riders with the following eligible KTM models: 640, 690, 950, 990, 1050, 1190, 1190R and 1290SA. Whether you’re new to adventure riding or you’ve been around the tracks a time or two, the KTM Adventure Training Series is tailored to suit riders of all abilities. The 2016 KTM Australia Adventure Training Series courses will include:

  • Two full days, including training on riding skills, bike set-up, GPS navigation and much more (plus a half-day adventure ride to test you your new skills)
  • Lunch (both days)
  • Twin-share overnight accommodation
  • Dinner (Friday night)
  • Breakfast (Saturday morning)
  • KTM Goodie Bag (T-Shirt and more)

The cost is $695.00 AUD per rider, and all you really need is a KTM Adventure motorcycle to participate. Space is strictly limited to 30 riders per course, so be sure to register now via www.ridektm.com.au to ensure that you don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
