2015 Husqvarna Prices Revealed
Greg Chambers, the National Marketing Manager for the Australian distributor of Husqvarna motorcycles, HQVA, has put months of speculation to rest by revealing to Transmoto the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) for the 2015-model bikes, the first shipments of which have recently landed in Oz.
Contrary to widespread opinion that the ‘premium-brand’ Husqvarnas would sell for a substantial premium over the KTMs on which they’re heavily based, Husqvarna’s mini and motocross bike ranges get identical price tags to the equivalent-model KTMs, while Husqvarna’s 2015 enduro models retail for a $500 premium over the Katos. Which ain’t bad when you consider how much extra componentry ‘fruit’ the Huskys come with!
See the accompanying table for price relativities.
Note: These prices are slightly different to what we published last week, after HQVA supplied an updated price list today (19/11/14).
