Young, Coffs & Blayney…Which One?

3 weeks ago | Words: Jenna Post | Photos: OK Photo

Trying to pick which New South Wales Transmoto 8-Hour event you should enter? You’re not alone. Whether you’re chasing epic singletrack, coastal vibes, or a laid-back country ride with your mates, each location brings something a little different to the table. We’ve broken down our Young, Coffs Harbour and Blayney events to help you figure out which Transmoto 8-Hour is calling your name this year.

IF GRASSTRACK IS YOUR THING…

Nestled in the heart of NSW’s Hilltops Region, the Transmoto 8-Hour at Young (September 21-22) returns in 2025 with one of the best grasstracks on the planet, plus a mix of tree-lined singletrail and flowing bush tracks that keep every lap exciting. After a huge 2023 event and a year off to let the grass grow, this fan favourite is back and better than ever. If you’re keen to hit the New South Wales cherry capital, Young is the first of our three NSW-based events to go on sale next week with entries opening on July 8 for Tribe members and July 10 for general entries.

CLOSER TO THE COAST…

The Transmoto 8-Hour at Coffs Harbour (October 11-12) is back for 2025, returning to the stunning private property in Ulong after a brief hiatus in 2024. First held in 2019, this unique team-based event quickly became a must-do on the calendar. Set in the scenic Coffs Harbour hinterland, where the 2007 A4DE earned rave reviews, this Transmoto 8-Hour blends epic terrain with laid-back vibes, making its comeback one to celebrate for Transmoto regulars. This unique coastal event is set to be a sell-out, so make sure to pre-register over on our events site. Entries open August 5 for Transmoto Tribe members, and Thursday, August 7, for general entries.

SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE…

Rounding out Transmoto’s 2025 Enduro Events calendar, the Transmoto 8-Hour at Blayney returns on November 8–9, set on a stunning 2500-acre private property near the township of Neville in NSW’s Central West. Featuring flowing singletrail through dark-soil bushland and epic grasstrack across scenic valleys, this high-altitude venue delivers prime riding conditions and cooler temps. Just 45 minutes from Bathurst and 3.5 hours from Sydney, it’s the perfect excuse for an extended weekend road trip with mates while getting the chance to be part of the second-ever running of this standout event you won’t want to miss. Entries for the Transmoto 8-Hour at Blayney open for Transmoto Tribe members on September 2, and general entries on September 4.
