🎥 Tested: 2018 Husqvarna TE250/300i

7 years ago | Words: Andy Wigan | Photos: M. Campelli, A. Cervetti, R. Schedl

After testing Husqvarna’s first ever fuel-injected two-strokes at the bikes’ recent media launch in Canada, Transmoto’s Andy Wigan checks in with two insightful video instalments:

The first is a top-line recap of the all-new fuel-injected 2018-model TE250/300i, and how their TPI (Transfer Port Injection) technology has refined the bikes’ performance and really engaged consumers.

The second video delves into more detail about the upgrades found on these landmark 2018 models, and how the bikes’ overall character differs from their carb-fed predecessors when it comes to performance and rideability. Wigan also summarises the questions that the launch answered for him, and those that can’t be answered with conviction until we test the bikes in Australia at altitudes closer to sea level.
