Sunstar Sprockets now available through Ficeda Accessories

Ficeda Accessories has announced the addition of Sunstar Sprockets to its stable of quality brands.

“Sprockets are a complex, but key part of our business as a distributor, and it’s important to us that we service the market with a product that has world-wide recognition for quality and innovation,” said Ficeda’s General Manager, Matt Dowd. “After careful research, we’re now able to offer Sunstar Sprockets, an OEM supplier to many manufacturers, to the wider Australian motorcycling market.”

With the introduction of Sunstar front and rear steel sprockets for all applications, along with aluminium sprockets, also comes the highly sought after Works Z Sprocket – a unique evolution of the rear sprocket combining durability with low overall weight.

  • Made from the highest quality stainless steel.
  • Weighs up to 50% lighter than standard steel sprockets.
  • 100% heat treated and even lighter than before, with new weight reduction hole cut outs.
  • Still has a hardness five times that of an aluminium sprocket and twice that of a standard steel sprocket.
  • Up to four times more durable with 1.2 times the lateral strength of any aluminium sprocket.
  • Great self cleaning capabilities due to the unique off-set tooth design, which extends the life of the entire chain drive system.
  • The lightest steel sprocket available on the market.
  • Supplied with new hard wear set (nuts, bolts & washers).

Sunstar Sprockets were used in 2013 by top GNCC and off-road teams and riders, including Josh Strang, Jimmy Jarrett, Thad Duvall, Rich Lafferty and more. The Works Z Sprocket is available at an RRP of $110.
