The Australian Off-Road Championship (AORC) roared into Dungog, NSW, for the final rounds of the 2023 season, delivering an exhilarating display of off-road racing excellence. The rugged terrain, scorching temperatures, and intense competition set the stage for an unforgettable weekend of racing, with Motul Pirelli Sherco rider Jonte Reynders once again dominating the field.

In Round 11, Jonte Reynders showcased his unmatched speed and determination as he blazed through the challenging timecard Enduro courses. Despite narrowly missing out on the E2 class championship, Reynders put on a spectacular performance, setting the fastest overall time for the day with an impressive total time of 50:59.551.

Reynders secured his victory in the Tefol E2 class, leaving his competitors in the dust with a commanding one-minute lead over championship rival Josh Green, followed by Jye Dickson in third.

As Round 11 concluded, Jonte Reynders’ dominance continued into Sunday’s Round 12. Reynders once again displayed his unwavering determination and blistering speed, pushing his Sherco 300SEF Factory to the limits. Battling against high temperatures and dry, dusty tracks, Reynders secured the fastest overall time for the day and claimed the final outright and E2-class victories for the 2023 season.

JONTE REYNDERS #714 – P1 Outright & P1 E2 class

“Although I narrowly missed out on the E2 class championship by just 17 points, I couldn’t be prouder of this remarkable season. Winning six out of the ten E2 class victories and taking four outright wins this season in the midst of fierce competition and challenging race conditions we encountered is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire Motul Pirelli Sherco team.

We definitely left it all on the track, and I’m super grateful for the support of my team, sponsors and fans. It’s exciting times ahead, we have the latest-generation 2024 Sherco 300 SEF Factory with the new engine to develop over the off-season, which will only make us stronger, I’m looking forward to getting to work and going one step better next year”.
