A wireless system that works with your smartphone to notify your emergency contacts in the case of a crash and sends you notifications when your bike needs a service. Sound too good to be true right?! Not for the Italian geniuses at GET.
Plus it could come in handy if your bike unfortunately ever got knocked off by thieves, accidentally triggering the smartphone notification when the bike is laid down for a per-set duration. Made in Italy, the GET Smart SOS is the brand new product that is both a settable SOS alarm and a wireless engine hour meter in one. This device features an internal accelerometer which detects when the bike falls and is down for a set amount of time and sends an SOS notification with the GPS location to your selected contacts, thanks to a free App available for both iOS and Android.
The Smart SOS allows to record customised service intervals in order to keep the bike at the highest level of efficiency and performance; and it also tracks total and partial counts (up to 1000 hours, with resettable partial).
It’s equipped with a CR2032 replaceable battery and can be installed without cables or sensors. Plus it’s water and dust proof.
