Any rider who has been around for a while has a horror story of a ruined days ride, a weekend trip away or Simpson Crossing Trek that all went wrong because no one had tools to fix a dreaded chain malfunction. No one wants to carry a heavy and bulky chain breaker “just in case”. The Mini Offroad Chainbreaker, weight is light and compact (approx size of a matchbox). It can be used to press the side plate on plus will break the toughest 520 chain. The special top bolt allows either 12, 13 or 14mm spanner size, designed to work with Ballards Ultimate Tyre Levers.
