New Product: Michelin Tracker Enduro Tyres

4 years ago | Words: Andy Wigan

Michelin’s new Tracker range of enduro-specific tyres takes its inspiration from the tyre models used in topflight motorsport, and is engineered to address the needs of the growing number of riders who are looking for a reliable product that allows them to enjoy their off-road forays to the full. To cover the requirements of amateur competitors, as well as those who use their bike for practice or leisure purposes, the range (which effectively updates and replaces Michelin’s popular AC10 hoops) is designed to cover a particularly broad spectrum of terrain. Thanks to its new tread pattern design, its resilience, and the outstanding grip it delivers, the Michelin Tracker is perfectly suited to riding on sand, mud and dirt. All tyres in the Tracker range are approved for road use. The range is made specifically for enduro use, but interestingly incorporates a range of 19-inch rears for those who use their MX or cross-country bikes for enduro applications.

Only one size is available for the front (80/100-21), while the rears are available in three sizes apiece for both 18-inch and 19-inch rims.

18-inch Rears – $129.95 (120/90-18); $124.95 (110/100-18); $119.95 (100/100-18).
