Japanese Motocross Championship Rundown

Check out the following videos from the Japanese Motocross Championship. Our very own No.1, Takeshi Katsuya (well he grew up here anyway), was the 250cc Champion last year and is currently Kawasaki-mounted and running second in the 2010 IA2 (Lites class) Championship. He is only two points behind the Yamaha-mounted #935, Kozima Kyuuta, who has won the last four races in a row.

With a few weeks’ lay-off between Round 7 and 8 it looks like Takeshi may be able to get back to the winning form that shot him into the early-year championship lead.

In the IA1 (Open class) Yamaha-mounted, and defending champion, Akira Narita (#1), is in a close battle with Suzuki-mounted, Atsuta Takashi (#4), with just 15 points separating them as they head into the last three rounds.
