Doug Henry’s Return to racing

Doug Henry is a multi-time AMA World Championship winning motocross rider. His career was riddled with potential career-ending crashes, but he always came back to racing, as good as, or better, than before. Henry’s worst crash, one that will always be remembered, is when he launched off the biggest jump at Budds Creek, breaking his back. Sadly, Henry was paralysed from the waist down.



It wasn’t the end of Henry’s racing career though, he battled on and started racing snow-mobiles and on his mono-ski. See him talk about his recovery here.
