Crash: Eli Tomac @ Thunder Valley
While comfortably in the lead and on his way to a sixth straight moto win to start the 2015 season, the unthinkable happens. GEICO Honda’s Eli Tomac crashes and dislocates his shoulder. The crash would ultimately hand the win – and the points lead – to Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey and leaves Tomac’s status questionable for the next race.
