Camparison

In Transmoto #2 we tested a number of helmet cameras and looked at the battery life, audio, versatility, size and weight, mounting options and if it’s water resistant. We tested the Contour HD 1080P, Tachyon XC Micro, Tachyon XC Micro 3D, Epic HD, GoPro HD Motorsports Hero, Mini DV, Predator VX360 and the VIO POV1.5.

We have footage for all cameras except the Tachyon XC Micro 3D. So you can properly judge the quality of the video we have left all footage in its raw video format, just reduced the resolution so you don’t have to download a few gigabytes worth of video.

Thanks to Petra and Juha from Sportscamera for their help and technical support for the Transmoto Camparison test. You can find more information and pricing for a vast range of helmet cameras at Sports Camera or you can drop them a line on (02) 4574 2797.
