Jarvis wins Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro

British extreme enduro specialist Graham Jarvis has taken victory at the Force Accessories Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro at Tullamarine in Victoria, on Sunday, 20 November.

The 36-year-old was in a class of his own during the three-hour main event, riding a Husaberg TE300 two-stroke to victory against Australia’s leading off-road riders.

In a unique event that features a variety of obstacles including rocks, bricks, logs, balancing beams, tyres and dismantled ute trays, Jarvis made light work of the course to take home the $10,000 in prize money for the victory.

“I didn’t know what to expect,” Jarvis said. “The rain made it more difficult and it is a hard event, but it’s a great event. I really hope to come back next year and have another crack at it.”

Jarvis won the main event by a full lap in a spectacular display of riding, adding the victory to the Red Bull Sea to Sky Extreme Enduro that he won in Turkey last month.

The Englishman also boasts podium results in world-class events such as Erzberg, the Romaniacs and Hell’s Gate in recent seasons, putting that experience to good use during the Wildwood Rock.

Jarvis had support from Top Gear Husaberg in Seaford, as well as Sunbury Bike Hub, during his stay in Australia.
