Glenn Kearney Interview
Transmoto’s Greg Smith caught up with Husqvarna Racing’s Glenn Kearney, to discuss his performance through the 2012 season, and his plans for 2013.
Kearney recently claimed victory att the Wellington rounds of the New South Wales Enduro Championship, aboard his TE 310, dominating the competition to take the top spot on the podium for round three by a margin of 4.6 seconds ahead of former World Champion, Stefan Merriman, and current AORC outright leader, Toby Price. Kearney continued with his good form for Sundays round 4 again securing the top spot outright ahead of Josh Green and Price after an outstanding performance in the final test that saw Kearney finish 4.8 seconds clear.
“It feels really good to win both days. I look forward to the last rounds of the AORC, the ISDE and I cannot wait for the A4DE. I think everybody starts fresh there,” said Kearney.
Kearney is competing in Kapunda, South Australia, this weekend at the final rounds of the AORC, currently sitting in third place behind Matt Phillips and Chris Hollis in the E2 class.
