Paul Broomfield – Two Years On

Exactly two years ago, one of the nicest guys to ever grace the motocross scene passed away. Paul ‘Broomy’ Broomfield had been battling a serious form of Aplastic Anaemia for a while, and was undergoing a bone marrow transplant when his condition took a turn for the worse. He passed away at 4:14am, April 13, 2011. Transmoto’s Andy Wigan worked with Broomy for 15 years. Here’s the editorial he wrote about his mate a couple of years ago in Transmoto Issue #9.
