2025 SHERCO PRICING ANNOUNCED

Sherco Motorcycles Australia has confirmed the Australian pricing and arrival timing for the highly anticipated 2025 Factory enduro range. This cutting-edge line-up, comprising seven models, marks a significant leap forward for the French marque, packed with enhancements designed to elevate both the riding and ownership experience.

Our test rider, Damian Smith, has just returned from the world media launch in France, where the new models left a lasting impression – stay tuned for more details. For now, here’s a recap of the updates and Australian pricing.

2025 UPDATES

  • New bodywork featuring in-mold graphics on the radiator shrouds and side panels.
  • New frame protectors with an anti-slip pattern for improved rider grip.
  • New rear taillight bracket providing an enhanced lift point at the rear of the motorcycle, along with a new LED taillight assembly.
  • New chassis boasting a 250g weight reduction, forged shock absorber arch, new steering lock on the headstock, new engine cradle geometry, new lower chain guide for reduced noise and weight, new steering column for improved comfort.
  • New aluminium rear subframe with a weight reduction of 254g.
  • New engine mounting bolts with optimized design for reduced weight.
  • New front and rear brake discs for improved braking power.
  • New 7075 CNC triple clamps for enhanced front-end comfort, 150g weight reduction, improved bearing sealing, and new handlebar position (+5mm).
  • Updated instrument cluster position dampened across two axes, with optimized wiring layout behind the headlight for improved visibility.
  • New larger handguards for superior protection, updated fork protectors, enhanced protection of lower tubes, and increased space for 90/100-21 tires.
  • New engine-skid plates with revised mounting bolts for simplified removal and servicing.
  • New kickstand featuring an embossed ‘SHERCO’ logo.
  • New cooling system featuring 157g lighter radiators with 15% increased cooling capacity, improved rigidity and airflow of radiator grilles, silicone hoses, a more compact expansion tank, and a new, lighter radiator fan.
  • New air filter Housing for enhanced engine efficiency, with easier tool less access to the filter from the side.
  • Lighter wiring harness with a weight reduction of 210g, reorganized layout of electrical components at the rear for improved accessibility, OBD connector accessible through the airbox access panel, and optimized ergonomics of wiring harness routing.
  • Optimized tank mounting featuring an Anti-Vibration System.
  • New linkage bolts for reduced weight, improved rear shock comfort, and simplified servicing with half-moon ends.
  • Simplified muffler removal via the right-hand side panel, providing access to mounting bolts without panel removal.

Model-specific improvements:

  • New expansion chamber on 250/300 SE models for increased ground clearance.
  • New Akrapovic full exhaust systems on SEF models for enhanced performance and reduced noise compliant with FIM standards.
  • New mapping on SEF models to complement intake and exhaust updates.
  • More compact fuel pump on SEF models for optimized fuel pressure regulation.
  • Revised fuel tap position on SE models for improved accessibility.
  • New gearbox on 250 SE, manufactured in Nîmes, France, and tested in competition, with modifications to gears 3 to 5 for closer spacing.
  • Integration of tilt sensor cutting off the engine in case of a fall.
  • Lightened and reinforced camshaft bearing cap on 250/300 SEF models for higher rev capability, with RPM limit increased from 13,700 to 14,000.
  • Forged swingarm on 450/500 SEF models upgraded with new design and technology, saving 360g for improved comfort and traction, featuring a new bearing and sealing system and adjustable graduations for chain tension.
  • Updated wheelsets on 450/500 SEF models with new spokes, axles, and hubs, redesigned for improved stiffness and reduced unsprung weight, and a new spacer system with mud-resistant flanges for a total weight savings of 960g.
