2021 Sherco Mods: Beyond the Brochure

The first-time fitment of a counter-balancer on the two-stroke models spearheads the updates to Sherco’s 2021 model-range, but there’s also been a bunch of other mods and refinements to engines, suspension, bodywork and componentry – most of which is aimed at improving performance and durability, and reducing weight.

So, seeing as Motul Pirelli Sherco Off-Road Team, Derek Grundy, has probably spent more workshop time than anyone else with these 2021 machines, we asked him to expand on the upgrades outlined in Sherco’s 2021 model-range brochure, and offer more of an insight into the differences in componentry found on the French brand’s standard (‘Racing’) and up-specced (‘Factory’) models…
