2011 Husqvarna CR 150

The Paul Feeney Group is pleased to announce the arrival of the eagerly anticipated MX CR 150 2011 model.

The 2011 version of the CR 150 have been further updated with technical modifications deriving from Husqvarna’s experience in the European Motocross championships.

In order to keep smaller displacement two-strokes competitive with their four-stroke counterparts, many racing organisations allow former 125 class bikes to go up to 144cc. The Husqvarna CR 150 takes full advantage of the allowance, offering a potent power plant and top quality suspension components that make this two-stroke a top MX contender.

The biggest technical modifications made to the CR 150 involved the mechanical features, with a new chassis, modified particularly under the cradle, now more streamlined and allowing better ground clearance than the previous version. The engine mountings are also different, reinforced and with new cylinder head fittings. The air filter housing is also new design making it more water resistant.

Wheels: the polished hubs and the wave type disc brakes are new. On the engine, the exhaust has a new muffler and a clutch housing the same as that on the TC/TE250 models, more robust and efficient. The livery has been redesigned to follow the new design for all Husqvarna two and four stroke models, with In Mould Graphics, integrated to the plastic.

The CR 150 gives that extra racers are after.

Pricing for the CR 150 has been announced at $8,995.00 including GST and dealer delivery charges.
