WHICH MULTISTRADA ARE YOU – PART 2?

2 years ago | Words: Matt Holmes | Photos: Ducati Media House

Last week, in Part 1 of ‘Which Multistrada are you?’, we focused on the road-going additions for Ducati’s ‘jack of all trades’ (master of them too!), the Multistrada – a bike that has a dark side (well, a dirty one at least!). Its off-road abilities out of the showroom are all there, but with factory-fitted additions, it can be specced for the most demanding adventures on the continent. So, read on as we go through Ducati’s optional performance and off-road packages for the Multistrada V4, be it off the showroom floor or for existing Multi owners…

Turn this bike up to 11! Much of the Multi V4’s appeal – one that has endured throughout its legendary 20-year history – is straight up, smile-inducing performance. To some, performance is a visceral experience, while for others it is about resilience in the toughest conditions. Fortunately, both camps can have it their way. For those who want to dial the intensity of their Multistrada V4 experience up to 11, the optional Performance and Enduro accessory packages are just the ticket.

PERFORMANCE PACKAGE…
Designed to enhance the riding soundtrack and visual appearance of the Multistrada V4, the Performance accessory package bundles two performance items for one sharp price: the renowned Akrapovic performance exhaust, which offers a silencer with a titanium liner and carbon end-cap, along with a carbon fibre front mudguard.

Synonymous with performance, the Akrapovic name has links to the world’s greatest sports bikes and cars, and the exhaust in the optional Performance Package instantly gives the Multistrada a whole new personality with a rich, deep rumble, while also giving the bike a more aggressive look on the road. Completing the purposeful stance, the carbon fibre mudguard is pure performance.

Performance Accessories Package:

Akrapovic muffler with carbon fibre end-cap, carbon fibre front mudguard.

RRP $2881.23 (excluding dealer fitment).

ENDURO PACKAGE…
Want to go full Enduro on your Multi? Look no further. Designed to add additional protection and robustness for when the ride is at its toughest, the Enduro package transforms the Multistrada. It includes tubular crash bars and additional protection in the form of radiator grids for both oil and water radiators, auxiliary LED lights and hand guards.

Enduro Accessories Package:

Tubular crash bars, oil and water radiator grids, auxiliary LED lights, hand guards.

RRP $2401.02 (excluding dealer fitment).
