Ryan Villopoto’s 2019 Yamaha WR450F

7 years ago | Photos: Upshift Online

Multi-time AMA Motocross and Supercross Champion, Ryan Villopoto, may have retired from professional racing four years ago but his passion for riding two-wheels hasn’t disappeared. Nowadays he’s all about trail riding with his mates and finishing off the day with a few cold ones.
Being a Yamaha athlete the all-new 2019 Yamaha WR450F is the perfect platform for Ryan to get out in the bush. His WR450F is a bit more tricked up than the average, as it’s fitted with a few extra factory parts to make it look similar to his YZ450F motocross bike – but all in all, it’s still quite a standard motorcycle.
The crew from Upshift Online recently caught up with RV in his home state of Washington, D.C, to get insight into his 2019 Yamaha WR450F project bike fresh out of the Pro Circuit workshop…
