The X-297 continues to pay homage to One Industries’ origin story, with the number 97 referencing the year of 1997 when the brand was founded. Nostalgic to say the least, it also signifies the position the X-297 holds within the One helmet range – as it enters the market as a brand new model. The X-297’s big sister, the carbon-constructed X-197, carries the 197 model reference which marks the top-of-the-line end item in any of One Industries’ categories.

Pair all this with its ergonomic fit and breathable, moisture-wicking liner, as a rider you’ll ultimately experience less fatigue and more comfort, even on the longest of rides.

The X-297’s also features the Mips® Evolve Core system, which is based on the attachment of a low-friction layer to the inner surface of the helmet’s energy-absorbing liner. This layer is permitted to move in all directions to help divert rotational motion from the head in certain angled impacts. Basically, this MIPS technology redirects harmful forces away from your head.
