Product Spotlight: Leatt Velocity 6.5 Enduro Goggle

3 years ago | Words: Andy Wigan | Photos: Leatt

Leatt’s DNA is firmly rooted in protective products, so it comes as little surprise that the primary selling point for its top-of-the-line Velocity 6.5 Goggle – which has been around for three years now – is the fact it literally comes with a bulletproof lens! Yep, it features an optically correct, 2.7mm, military-spec, anti-fog, quick-change lens that Leatt claims, “can take impacts like no other”.

Based on the success of the Velocity 6.5 Goggle, Leatt has more recently developed an enduro-specific version of it (the Velocity 6.5 Goggle Enduro), which comes with special vents along the top of the lens to guard against fogging in the most extreme conditions. It’s available in 10 different colours, including the always popular Graphene, and an all-new JW22 (Jonny Walker) Red for 2023.

Here’s a reminder about all the tech that Leatt’s top-shelf Velocity 6.5 Enduro Goggle comes with…

ABOUT LEATT

For a majority of people in dirt bike circles, the brand Leatt is synonymous with innovative protective products; a company best known for its ground-breaking Leatt-Brace neckbrace in 2006 and the revolutionary C-Frame kneebrace that appeared in 2013. But in the years since, the South African-based brand has been busily expanding and now offers a wide range of high-quality products for both moto and MTB riders – from helmets to boots to protective garments to goggles to gearbags to hydration packs to casual gear.
