Scott Softcon 2 Protector Jacket

Chest, shoulder and arm protection is often overlooked by riders who tend to be more concerned with comfort and look. Chest and shoulder protectors have a common perception of being bulky and hot so finding the perfect product to keep you protected whilst maintaining comfort and a lightweight feel isn’t easy, but it looks like Scott has made a positive step in the right direction with their recently released Softcon 2 jacket protector, which is even more refined than the previous model.

According to Scott the Softcon 2 jacket protector offers the latest in performance and technology. It exemplifies cutting-edge personal safety technology and features specifically designed ergonomic and flexible D3O® pads and plates. And because it’s made of D3O®, it’s a lot softer, more pliable and streamlined than most other armors. It is compatible with a neck brace with the main body made of stretch mesh fabrics and it contains anti-moisture 3D inner panels. Designed to wear under your jersey providing you with unmatched comfort.
