The single-stage filter (Part #O2R 1460) uses corrugated foam construction to increase surface area over the standard item, which is said to improve both airflow and filtration while extending service life. A soft foam seal ensures a tight connection between the filter cage and airbox, keeping dust particles out where it counts.
