FIRST LOOK: 2024 SHERCO ENDURO RANGE

The 2024 Sherco enduro range has been revealed, making a striking entrance with its brand-new grey and blue aesthetics and a plethora of performance enhancements throughout the entire line-up. The highlight of the range is the introduction of an entirely new 250/300 four-stroke engine platform. Each of the machines features KYB close cartridge forks and KYB shock, Galfer front brake rotor and Brembo brakes. Get the full rundown below!

RANGE UPDATES

  • New headlight housing with LED headlight.
  • New front fender design.
  • New front brake hose guides (two instead of one).
  • New single colour paint – more resistant to scratches and abrasions.
  • New aluminium rear sprocket.
  • New clutch cover.
  • New front and rear wheel (rim, spokes, axle and hub).
  • New swingarm: 200g lighter, new bearings and seals, new chain adjusting system.

MODEL-SPECIFIC UPDATES

125/250/300SE UPDATES

New cylinder head support brackets – Reduced vibrations, better chassis rigidity, easier to assemble and disassemble, improved accessibility to the ignition coils.

250/300SEF UPDATES

NEW ENGINE

Lighter and more compact engine central crankcases...
New liquid cooling layout: improve engine cooling in front area of crankshaft.
New lower piston cooling piston oil jet (x2) to improved piston cooling.


New magnesium clutch and ignition covers – New visual identity and weight reduction.


New clutch casing – Repositioned oil level sight gauge for ease of reading; repositioned oil filler cap to provide easier filling.


New shaft and counter-balancer (integrated into the cam drive gear assembly) – Weight reduction.
New cylinder head (250SEF) – Improved acoustics (internal ribs on the distribution side for noise reduction).
New Titanium intake valves.

New valve springs – The engine max RPM has been increased to 13,700RPM. The engine is very linear and has an increased usable range.
New engine oil suction system (double suction pump) reduce all quantity in crankshaft area – Improved engine performance and significant reduction in engine braking
Gear position sensor – Allows the selection of a different MAP on each gear in order to have an optimal engine response in spite of a power gain.
Throttle body diameter increased from 38.5 mm to 42 mm – Increased power at high revs.
