DEALER INSIGHT: BETA’S ’26 ENDURO MODELS
Beta continues to spoil consumers for choice. Just do the math on the Italian manufacturer’s comprehensive model line-up for 2026…
In addition to their three 2026 motocross machines (the RX450, and the all-new RX250 and RX350 two-strokes), Beta also offers the XTrainer 250 and 300, an eight-model RR X-Pro range, and an eight-model RR Race range. That’s 21 different models, covering everything from a 125cc two-stroke to a 480cc four-stroke (and that tally doesn’t even include Beta’s Trial bikes, or their swag of smaller-capacity Enduro and Motard models available in other markets around the world!).
Given those numbers, you’d have to think that a Beta dealership’s biggest challenge is how to help their customers decipher which model-range and capacity is best suited to their ability and the sort of riding they primarily do, right? But how do Beta dealers help their customers make that decision, and how big a role does price tag play in their model choice?
At the recent Australian media launch for Beta’s 2026 XTrainer, RR X-Pro and RR Race models, we caught up with Jake Gardiner – owner of Coffs Harbour-based Beta dealership, Midcoast Moto – to get a better handle on the most (and least) popular models in Beta’s 18-model enduro line-up, and whether the arrival of the repositioned RR X-Pro range has allowed dealers to be more effective in getting the right bike into the right riders’ hands…
