BIKES: 2017 CRF250 Rally

8 years ago | Photos: Honda Motorcycles AUS

The CRF250 RALLY will be landing in Australia in March 2017 and is priced at $7,299 (MLP). This new machine looks like a HRC’s CRF450 RALLY factory machine; bringing the spirit of Rally-raid racing to every ride. Designed for weekend adventure, long distance touring or the daily commute; the RALLY is the ideal entry level adventure bike – “The Dakar Replica: For the weekend adventurer!”

Using the CRF250L as its base, the RALLY has a wide range of changes that make it a unique proposition in the market. Long travel suspension and high ground clearance, as well as a large 10.1 L fuel tank enhance its long-distance off-road ability. A larger floating front disc – plus ABS that can be switched off for the rear brake – offers the rider greater braking control in a variety of conditions. The asymmetric headlights are LED, as are the indicators and the black Alumite aluminium rims and block-pattern enduro-style tyres give a clean finish. The bodywork and windscreen provide ample weather protection.
