At the eighth round of the 2013 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto went head-to-head with his biggest rival this season, Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Villopoto and Dungey split moto wins on the day, providing an exciting afternoon of racing at the championship’s only stop in the Pacific Northwest, while Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart finished in third. In the 250 Class, GEICO Honda’s Eli Tomac dominated the competition as he swept both motos of the day en route to his third Overall victory of the season.
Round 9 of the 2013 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship heads to Millville for the Red Bull Spring Creek National on Saturday, July 27.
