It’s official! Confirming rumours, Mattia Guadagnini will join Jeremy Seewer on the Desmo450 MX that Ducati will field in the 2025 MXGP World Championship in collaboration with the Maddii Racing team.
Born in Bassano del Grappa in northern Italy’s Veneto region, Guadagnini has looked destined for motocross stardom since he first got on a bike at four years old. The young Italian made his debut in the MX2 class in 2021, finishing fourth in the World Championship and winning three races in his debut season under the Red Bull helmet with KTM Factory Racing.
In 2022, Guadagnini made his debut in MXGP and, come 2024, his natural talent has earned him an appropriate nickname, “Fire”. We’re looking forward to seeing his unmistakable style unleashed on the Ducati Desmo450 MX – the machine that recently won the Italian Motocross Championship.
According to Ducati, the Desmo450 MX will be available to order at selected dealerships at the beginning of 2025, with a complete range of 450 and 250 bikes to be released. For more info on the Desmo450 MX and to stay up to date with their release schedule, follow this link.
