Beyond the Gate offers you an exclusive glimpse into the Monster Energy® Yamaha Star Racing team. With the Monster Energy AMA Supercross series in the bank, it’s time to attack the Monster Energy AMA Motocross Championship.
Despite challenging weather conditions, the Deegan train powered through at Thunder Valley. Riding for Monster Energy® Yamaha Star Racing, Deegan clinched victory in Moto 1 after a thrilling last lap battle, followed by a solid second place finish in Moto 2. With this third consecutive overall win of the season, Deegan now commands a 23-point lead in the 250MX championship and holds the red plate going into High Point! Meanwhile, in the premier class, Justin Cooper also made an impressive showing with holeshots in both motos, securing his first 450MX podium finish of the season with strong 3-3 moto performances.
