There’s no denying that a 125cc/150cc two-stroke is one of the funnest bikes in the world to ride. So is it worth messing around with them? Well, if you’re a racer or someone with a hunger for performance, they are 100 percent worth dropping a big lump of cash on. Unlike doing up a four-stroke, it’s relatively cheap to get significant power gains out of these epic little two-stroke machines.
But where do you start? When taking on the project of improving our 2012-model KTM 150SX, we went knocking on the door of motorcycle performance specialist, F1Moto, for some advice. Here’s what they recommended…
