Six classes, seven rounds and a $5000 gold and diamond championship ring on the line – the 2026 Yamaha Aussie Flat Track Nationals season is shaping up as the biggest yet, with the Pro 450 title to be decided across 29 races.

The 2026 Yamaha Aussie Flat Track Nationals season is locked and loaded. Six classes will contest national titles across seven rounds of racing, with the prestigious Pro 450 crown – and a $5000 gold and diamond Bunda Fine Jewels Championship Ring – to be decided over a gruelling 29 races.

New for 2026 is the addition of an Over 35s support class, which organisers say creates a clearer pathway of progression for younger riders moving through the ranks from Junior Lites to Pro 450. Pro Women, Junior Lites, Junior 85 and Pro Twins also return to the program.

The season opens at Maryborough in Queensland over the weekend of July 25-26, with competitors racing both flat track and TT layouts across the two days. From there the series heads to Wodonga in Victoria over August 29-30 for more of the same, before the always-popular Griffith round under lights on October 10 – where both the flat track and TT layouts will be tackled on the same day. The season wraps up at Balcary Park in Gunnedah over November 7-8, where the Pro 450 champion will be crowned.
