With the release of its motocross apparel line, One Industries set out with a single goal: to create the best gear on the market. From fabrics to features, every detail has carried unique touches never before seen in motocross, and that journey continues in their all-new MX26 gear line. The new One Industries X-197 and X-297 gear is built from the finest fabrics available, delivering unmatched freedom of movement on the bike while being meticulously engineered with details found only on One gear, and nowhere else.

X-197 Gear Set

The X-197 gear set focuses on absolute freedom-of-movement and next-level cooling. The jersey uses full 4-way stretch across the body and arms, with pre-bent articulated sleeves to mirror the rider’s natural position on the bike. Oversized laser-cut vents in the arms and torso keep airflow at its peak, while seamless taped seams, Infinity-Zero cuffs, and a slim, race-tapered cut ensure lightweight comfort without distractions.

Weighing just under 200g (size L), it’s one of the lightest jerseys in motocross. The pants match the same philosophy, with strategic 4-way stretch zones around the knees, seat, and lower legs, and durable 2-way stretch materials in less mobile areas. Oversized knees are brace-ready, while a liner-free build and stitch-less welded seams keep weight low and comfort high. The fit is secured by a 360 belt with magnetic and ratchet closure.

X-297 Gear Set

One Industries X-297 gear set is built for durability and a tailored race fit. The jersey uses lightweight 4-way stretch fabrics with vented rear panels to keep riders cool, while a tapered athletic cut through the body and sleeves ensures a streamlined profile on the bike. Infinity-Zero cuffs and collar enhance comfort, while the drop-tail hem with silicone print keeps the jersey tucked securely throughout motos.

The pants combine durability and mobility with 2-way stretch in the upper and lower legs, 4-way stretch at the back of the legs and knees, and reinforced 600D panels in high-wear zones like the seat and inner thighs. Triple-stitched seams provide long-lasting strength, while a slim-tapered fit keeps bulk to a minimum. Inside the knees, full-grain leather panels add unmatched durability and grip, with the Zero Belt closure system ensuring a secure fit every ride.

X-297 Helmet

Three years in development, the X-297 Helmet represents the pinnacle of protection and performance. Built from a lightweight fibreglass shell weighing only 1300g, it integrates Mips® Evolve Core technology. Every detail has been refined, from safety features including breakaway screws and emergency quick-release cheek pads, along with rider comfort with oversized intake and exhaust vents for maximum airflow. The interior is lined with an ultra-soft, moisture-wicking liner that’s removable and washable to keep you cool and dry ride after ride. Available in 12 colours and 2 graphics, the X-297 is designed with no compromises.

Gloves G-197 / X-197 / V-197

One Industries’ glove lineup is built around rider preference, offering three distinct options that share DNA. The G-197 introduces a motocross-first top-closure system, adapted from golf, which pulls the palm fabric tight to eliminate bunching and reduce blisters. Paired with a Nanofront palm and fingertips, it delivers exceptional grip, softness, and touchscreen compatibility.

The X-197 takes a more traditional approach, with a secure hook-and-loop wrist closure and protective sonic rubber overlays across the knuckles and fingers. Like the G-197, it includes Nanofront palms, rollover fingertips, and stretch gussets for grip and comfort.

Finally, the V-197 is the minimalist’s ultimate glove. Slip-on, cuff-less, and ultra-lightweight. Oversized laser-cut ventilation holes on the palm and back of the hand ensure constant airflow, while Nanofront materials and seamless rollover construction maintain feel and comfort.
